The Holiday House
The tastefully furnished livingroom has a wooden ceiling with wooden beams, fireplace, flatscreen Sat-TV and wireless internet access (all rooms). On the ground floor there is also the fully equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, sandwich toaster, coffee maker and everything else you'll need for cooking.
The three bedrooms are on the 1st floor and can accommodate up to 6 people. Another opportunity to sleep is provided on a sofa bed in the living area. Besides the bathroom with shower/WC on the 1st floor there's still a WC on the ground floor and another one on the roof terrace.
Villa Kalimera can accomodate up to seven people. From the comfortable seating on the rooftop terrace, you will have a view just to the sea.
Special features
Featuring central heating and aircondition in all rooms it's the ideal place for holidays with the family or friends. Private parking is available as well as WiFi-Internet, a ground floor patio a BBQ area with view to the sea on the roof garden.

Location and surroundings
Built in 2010 with natural stones this holiday home is located just in the center of and offers space for up to seven people.
Our beautiful stone house is located in the heart of Pitsidia, a still quiet village in central southern Crete - near to the famous caves of Matala and the Palace of Phaistos. And also not far from Komo Beach, one of the most beautiful sandy beaches in Crete.

Arrival
Pitsidia is located 70 km southwest of Iraklio. From the airport you will get through in less than one and a half hours. Starting at Iraklio airport drive about 1.5 km and follow the motorway-like "New Road " towards Rethymno/Chania. After only about 5.5 km you leave the " New Road " at exit " Moires".
Shortly after you leave the suburbs of Iraklio. On the mostly newly built road you will reach in Agia Varvara the highest point on the route. Now it is going down to Moires, passing Ag. Deka and the ancient archaeological site of Gortys.
In Moires simply follow the signs to Matala. About 3 km south of Moires the road to Matala branches on the right. Passing Petrokefali you'll reach Pitsidia after about 8 km.
