The Holiday House
The vacation house can be rented with two or three bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms and a bathroom are on the first floor behind a beautiful arcade overgrown with vines. There is ample place to sit outside and enjoy the view over the court of the farmhouse and the hills. The third bedroom is adjacent to the others and can be reached by a staircase and a terrace. This room has a spectacular view over the hills and the alps and is very high with an open gallery which affords space for two beds. On the ground floor there is a very large, comfortable kitchen with a wonderful old brick ceiling. All rooms have central heating. Furthermore there is a stove in each room where you can make your own fire.
Special features
A detached vacation house in front of the farmhouse with two bedrooms and a kitchen can also be rented.
A washing machine and two bikes are at your disposal.

Location and surroundings
The old farmhouse which we have recently renovated, maintaining as many of the old structures as possible, lies on top of a hill, 3 km away form the old village of Murazzano and less than 1 km from Lovera, a group of old farmhouses around a church and a restaurant. It is very quiet in Lovera. From here you have the opportunity to go for various walks though the wine yards and the forests or you can go for bike tours through the wild hilly landscape containing many old villages on top of the hills. A large wild garden and a little forest of hazelnut trees belong to our farmhouse and you can enjoy the tranquillity in a hammock under the fruit trees, you can barbecue, play, read, dream...

by M. Koblitz from OppenheimDas Ferienhaus-, Anwesen liegt in einer grandiosen Umgebung. Man kommt dort an und ist sofort im Urlaub. Zum Entspannen und Wohlfühlen perfekt. Pia und Roman sind sehr liebenswerte Gastgeber die das Anwesen liebevoll renoviert und gestaltet haben.
Sie stehen jederzeit für alle Fragen zur Verfügung und geben tolle Tipps zu Ausflügen, Restaurants und Weingütern. Wir haben uns in unserem Urlaub rundum wohlgefühlt. -
Casa Rosa - gemütliche Ferienwohnung mit Blick in die Weite

by M. Kutscha from HamburgIn diesem alten Gutshof wurde eine Oase der Ruhe mitten in der Natur geschaffen. Die von uns angemietete, gemütliche Wohnung "Casa Rosa" (2-4 Pers.) befindet sich im 1. Stock mit Blick bis zu den Bergen und ist hier nicht abgebildet. Zur Wohnung gehören 1 Wohn-, 1 Schlafzimmer, ein großes Bad, eine Wohnküche sowie ein Balkon und eine Terrasse. Hier lassen sich immer ein sonniges oder schattiges Plätzchen finden. Vom Balkon aus hat man außerdem einen uneingeschränkten Blick in die Weite. Das Gut und die Wohnung sind mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail und in hoher Qualität eingerichtet. Das Grundstück ist wunderschön bepflanzt und sehr gut gepflegt. Herr und Frau Klemenz stehen für alle Fragen hilfreich zur Seite. Wir haben hier sehr schöne Urlaubstage verbracht und kommen gerne wieder.

by Hasfeld from HeidelbergHerr Klemenz hat in einem alten Gutshof mit viel Liebe zum Detail sehr geschmackvolle Ferienwohnungen eingerichtet. Die ruhige Lage in einem kleinen Weiler garantiert erholsame Ferien. Herr Klemenz ist sehr hilfsbereit und gibt auf Wunsch gerne Ratschläge für die Erkundung der Umgebung.
