The Apartment
`GALLERY GUEST HOUSES´ right in central Berlin - more central it can hardly get ! - at yet calmly, all newly furnished accommodation places; here we offer three separate apartments in similar size (ca. 100 sqm each) and equipment.
All apartments have 04 rooms, a balcony, two bathrooms and toilets, 16 sleeping places in 10 single/double beds, completely new kitchen with dish washer, induction stove, spacious fridge etc., parquet(hardwood) floors all over, a dining area with west side window, where during dull weather you might sit comfortably and covered with a view; and situated within Garden and Park scapes.
By this very suitable for both adult guests of every age, and children.
Central room w/ LCD-TV, DVD-Player, HiFi, ADSL/WiFi, PC.
Special features
Price includes all extra costs, such as Towels, Linen/Sheets, energy, cold/hot water, Final cleaning etc.
Additionally only comes the security payment of 400 Euro.

All of us 13 persons (10 adults, 3 infants) felt VERY much at home, everything you need is there and more, completely modernized yet cozy, with nice kitchen, dining area, two bathrooms, many comfortable beds, and considering all that, very reasonable prices : truly, highly recommendable for all kinds of guests, small and medium groups up to 16 guests.
DEUTSCH: Jeden Tag haben wir uns darauf gefreut, nach kulturellen Aktivitäten- fast alle zu Fuß erreichbar ! -nach Hause zu kommen in dieses ruhige sehr zentral gelegene, sehr gut ausgestattete Schmuckstück ! Wir waren 10 Erwachsene, 3 Kinder, alle haben sich sehr wohl gefühlt; bei all dem nicht zu teuer. SEHR empfehlenswert !2 of 2 persons think this rating is helpful

by A. Rentz from MünchenDEUTSCH: Diese Apartments sind jeden Cent wert ! Auch die neuen Wohnungen sind vollständig und komfortabel eingerichtet - hübscher Essbereich, 2 schöne Bäder, Klasse Küche. Mit 2 Familien und Freunden, teilweise bis zu 14 Personen, kam bei der durchdachten Ausstattung keine Enge auf. Auch mit weniger Personen: Wohlgefühl! Und das alles in so zentraler Lage: vom Essbereich aus schöner Ausblick zur City, aber durch die ruhige Lage kein Großstadtlärm. Ein ganz dickes Plus, eine unbedingte Empfehlung !
ENGLISH: These apartments are worth every cent! Fully, comfortably furnished - two nice bathrooms, classy kitchen + dining area. Phantastic X-mas Holiday

by S. Evers-Fry from LondonBefore X-mas we visited Berlin, and with some luck gained 1 of these phantastic apartments - all was occupied, but one of the new apartments became ready before time, it was superb!
Much space, calm surrounding, extremely central, tastefully completely equipped apartment- all of us (9) had separate beds, fold-away beds vanished during day, bright kitchen and dining area... wonderful !
You established something very special, sure suitable for many different guests, groups, families, singles, couples ... congratulations !
Wir konnten bereits eins der neuen Apartments belegen: Sehr zentral, ruhig, viele bequeme Betten, geräumig, vielseitig belegbar (u.a. Schrankbetten), geschmackvoll, komplett ausgestattet, tolle Küche, Essbereich mit Ausblick. unbedingt empfehlenswert !3 of 3 persons think this rating is helpful

Sommer-Aufenthalt mit erweiterter Familie

Kinder ein Apartment gemietet; dann ist nach einer Umbuchung noch eine dieser schönen Wohnungen frei geworden, und wir konnten wie zunächst geplant mit unserer erweiterten "Grossfamilie" hier, wirklich genau im Zentrum Berlins, einen entspannenden und dabei erlebnisreichen Urlaub verbringen.
Die beiden Wohnungen lagen nur ca. 200m auseinander, und, obwohl in unterschiedlichen Häusern, glichen einander wirklich sehr: beide Wohnungen sind einfach perfekt, so sehr zentral, super ausgestattet, schöner Stuck, Flügeltüren, dabei sehr ruhig.
Auch für Umland-Fahrten ist der Standort ideal mit mehreren S-/U-Bahnen, Bussen, Regionalbahnen (vom Potsdamer Platz).
Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich, dabei diskret.

Dänische Familie m.deutschen/englischen Freunden; Danish family w/friends

by B. Yeomans from Købnhavn/Kopenhagen (Denmark)Wir waren im Juni 2011 eine knappe Woche hier, mit zehn Personen aus Dänemark, sowie deutschen und englischen Freunden: daher schreiben wir in zwei Sprachen - denn diese Wohnungen haben das verdient!
Es ist nicht das erste Mal, dass wir in Berlin waren - es waren schon einige schöne Aufenthalte darunter, doch die "Gallery Guest Houses Berlin Central" sind wirklich die Krönung! Die Ausstattung, die Gestaltung, die Grösse, Sauberkeit, die Lage, extrem zentral, genau zwischen "City West" und der "Neuen Mitte", und dabei sehr ruhig; dazu die hohen Decken, der Stuck, die Flügeltüren, Erker-Fenster, die sehr warme Atmosphäre, so dass man sich sofort zu Hause fühlte, gute Betten - die Gastgeber sehr freundlich, also kurz gesagt: "Wow!"
Es stimmt einfach alles! Und wir können es unbedingt weiterempfehlen, auch das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist top!
ENGLISH: We went here in June 2011 for nearly a week, with our family from Denmark, plus German and English friends, therefore we write in two languages - because this astounding lodging offer has deserved this effort!
It is not the first time we´ve been to Berlin - there had already been some nice stays for us before, but the "Gallery Guest Houses Berlin Central" are really the "crowning glory"!
The equipment, design, size, cleanness, situation, both very central and very quiet, the high ceilings, the stucco, these bright folding doors, oriel bay windows, a very warm atmosphere, making you feel instantly at home, quality resting places - and the friendly hosts... so, in short, just: "Wow!" - Everything is just so right!
