`GALLERY GUEST HOUSES´ right in central Berlin - more central it can hardly get ! - at yet calmly, all newly furnished accommodation places; here we offer three separate apartments in similar size (ca. 100 sqm each) and equipment.
All apartments have 04 rooms, a balcony, two bathrooms and toilets, 16 sleeping places in 10 single/double beds, completely new kitchen with dish washer, induction stove, spacious fridge etc., parquet(hardwood) floors all over, a dining area with west side window, where during dull weather you might sit comfortably and covered with a view; and situated within Garden and Park scapes.
By this very suitable for both adult guests of every age, and children.
Central room w/ LCD-TV, DVD-Player, HiFi, ADSL/WiFi, PC.
Special features
Price includes all extra costs, such as Towels, Linen/Sheets, energy, cold/hot water, Final cleaning etc.
Additionally only comes the security payment of 400 Euro.
The Gardens of the apartment unit are accessible for you.

by Family Herb from 76646 BruchsalWir haben in der Woche vom 18.05.-25.05.2013 in Ihrer Wohnung in der Feilnerstraße gewohnt. Die Wohnung hatte eine ganz besondere Atmosphäre, die wir sehr genossen haben.
Wir haben noch nie in einer Ferienwohnung gelebt, die so lebendig und dadurch außergewöhnlich war. Die Ausstattung hat für unsere Bedürfnisse perfekt gepasst. Es sind viele Details gewesen, die uns den Aufenthalt angenehm gestaltet haben.
Unsere Kinder haben sich darüber gefreut, dass sie sich ins WLAN einwählen konnten. Außerdem haben wir die ruhige aber dennoch zentrale Lage der Wohnung sehr zu schätzen gewusst.
Es war eine rundum gelungene Woche für uns und wir haben tolle Tage in Berlin verlebt.

by M. Gelmi from A-GrazDEUTSCH: Eine saubere, sehr gut ausgestattete, liebevoll und durchdacht eingerichtete Wohnung, sehr gemütlich und warm, mit phantastischer Lage, sehr zentral und ruhig in einer schönen Anlage.
Auch mit 11 Erwachsenen und drei Kindern fanden wir genug Raum und Schlafplätze.
Wirklich eine ganz dicke Empfehlung !
ENGLISH: A clean, well equipped, lovely and thoughtfully furnished apartment, very cozy and warm, with a fantastic location, very central and quiet in a neat complex.

by I. von Reischnitz from FriedrichshafenAufgrund einer Empfehlung von Bekannten/ früheren Gästen, welche hier über dieses Portal gemietet hatten, haben wir glücklicherweise kurzfristig eine dieser Wohnungen belegen können.
Die Wohnung war sauber, sehr warm, gemütlich, vor allem gut ausgestattet, ausreichend Betten und Platz auch für unsere große Gruppe von 11 Erwachsenen mit Kindern waren vorhanden.
Phantastische Lage, sehr zentral und ruhig in einer Anlage mit Gärten, ein sehr gutes Preis- Leistungs- Verhältnis.
Unbedingt empfehlenswert. -

We´re nearly regular guests of "Gallery Guest Houses Berlin Central" - already at the former apartments, now "at Checkpoint Charlie". For small and bigger groups from our experience we find nothing better, high money value! Good equipment, nice warm atmosphere.

Wir sind schon Stammgäste im "Gallery Guest Houses Berlin Central", und möchten nun auch eine Bewertung hinterlassen.
Mal mit 3, 4 oder jetzt 14 Personen: immer "passt" es, für kleinere u. größere Gruppen gibt´s einfach nichts Besseres in Berlin (wir kennen schon Einiges...!). Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis Top! - Gute Ausstattung.

Da wir hier schon zum dritten Mal gebucht haben, möchten wir eine Bewertung hinterlassen.
Wir waren zu verschiedenen Jahreszeiten hier, Gruppen unterschiedlicher Größe (5 - 14 Personen), und jedes Mal hat es einfach "gepasst"! Die Einrichtung ist variabel, durchdacht, dabei gemütlich, man fühlt sich zu Hause - weit mehr als ein "Schlafplatz", sehr gut ausgestattet, perfekte Lage, zentral und ruhig, und mit einem sehr guten Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis!
In Wirklichkeit ist die Wohnung, wie wir sie erfahren haben, noch besser als auf den Photos - hier wirkt sie etwas kühl, glatt, aber sie verbreitet sehr viel Wärme, Wohlgefühl: perfekt!Answer from Dr. Sonia Guhlau06/12/2012
