The Holiday Apartment
The studio comprises a large bright room with new sofabed for two, armchair bed for one, 32' flat-screen tv, dvd and newly fitted kitchen area, a modern renovated bathroom with bath and shower and an entry hall with fitted wardrobe. It also benefits from a south-facing balcony with table, chairs and beautiful mountain views. Most of the fixtures and furnishings are new as the apartment has only just been made available for rent. There is a private lockable cellar compartment for skis and suitcases etc. The complex has a laundry and drying room, indoor bike storage and a large private south facing garden. Unlimited wifi is included.
The studio can be rented with the adjacent home 28959, to give accomodation for up to 7 people.

In winter, several ski areas for different abilities are just a short ride away, including the Dachstein West complex at Gosau, while the beautiful lakes and World Heritage sites make the area a summer paradise. The ski bus to Gosau am Dachstein stops 100m from the apartment and takes 15 minutes to get there, while the bathing area of Lake Hallstatt is five minutes away. Hallstatt and Bad Ischl are 10 minutes by car, and Salzburg itself is within 45 minutes. Beautiful and quiet area with excellent transport links.
Restaurants, bank with cashpoint and grocer nearby, supermarkets and petrol stations at 2km. Train station 150m, ski bus stop 100m.

Arrival
The apartment is between Bad Ischl and Hallstatt, near the train station Steeg-Gosau. From Bad Ischl, drive south on the B145, turning off approximately 1km after Bad Goisern on the B166, following signs for Hallstatt. After 2km you will cross a level crossing just past the village of Au. Turn immediately right after the level crossing and then first left. The apartment is 30 metres along on the left hand side.
If coming from Gosau, follow the B166 direction Bad Goisern. Passing Lake Hallstatt on your right, you will cross the river Traun with the 'Steegwirt' restaurant on the left. After another 100m turn left just before the level crossing, and first left again. The apartment is 30 metres along on the left hand side.
