The Holiday Apartment
Our holiday flat (renovated in 2010) for 2 to 4 people is set on the ground floor and has a separate entrance.
The large living room with dining and integrated kitchenette builds the centre of the flat. From the dining area, there is direct access to the terrace and garden that are equipped with garden furniture, deck chairs, sunshade and grill.
The kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave, stove, fridge with freezer and various electrical appliances.
There are satellite tv and radio as well as a cd/mp3 radio in the living room.
The bathroom is equipped with shower, tub and toilet.
Both bedrooms have each a double bed (1.6 x 2m and 1.4 x 2 m) and a sitting area. There is plenty of storage room.

Wonderful woods and nature, healthy air, friendly people and cosy diners and restaurants can be found in Neukirchen with Pürgl and Obermühlbach.
The area around Neukirchen is marked by the landscape of the Bavarian Forest: green crests and lush meadows.
Sportive guests will find many marked routes and trails for mountain biking around Neukirchen as well as a connection to the Donau-Regen cycling trail. There are tennis courts, riding classes, an indoor swimming pool and a beach volleyball court.
In addition to that, there are approx. 125 km of marked hiking trails and six nordic walking routes between six and 15 km length. Some of the trails start right at the house.

Eine tolle Terrasse ist auch vorhanden, man ist mitten in der Natur, herrlich. Die Familie Hübner ist herzlich und gastfreundlich. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Wohlfühlurlaub mit Komfort

by Family d'Hone from KrefeldWir haben mit unseren Hunden einen wunderschönen Urlaub bei Ihnen verbracht. Die Ferienwohnung läßt wirklich keine Wünsche offen, alles was man braucht ist vorhanden, sogar Kaffee und Milch sowie ein wenig Obst. Getränke konnten zu einem kleinen Unkostenbeitrag erworben werden, der Bäcker ist nur knapp 100 m entfernt - ein Rundum-Wohlfühlpaket! Das Ehepaar Hübner selbst ist einfach sehr sehr gastfreundlich.
Neukirchen ist ein eher verschlafenes Örtchen, aber mit dem Auto kann man gut den wunderschönen Bayr. Wald erkunden. Es gibt viele interessante Ecken und besonders für uns als Hunde-Besitzer gab es einiges zu Erwandern. Empfehlenswert sind hier der große Pfahl, natürlich der Nationalpark mit den Tiergehegen und der Baumwipfelpfad.

by F. Kießling from 91341 RöttenbachWir hatten in den Faschingsferien einen tollen Urlaub erlebt. Es ist eine super Ferienwohnung!! Die Ausstattung ist wie unten bereits aufgeführt wirklich vom feinsten. ( Es fehlt nichts). Fa. Hübner ist sehr gast- und kinderfreundlich.

Nicht nur die komplette Ausstattung der Wohnung, sondern auch die sehr nette Gastfreundschaft, die uns Fam.
