You can rent an apartment for 1 to 4 people at the Villa Iguana. The apartment has two bedrooms, a private bathroom with shower and a spacious living room with a separated kitchen area, fully equipped and a terrace facing the sea.

The apartment is nicely furnished in Caribbean style. From your terrace you have a wonderful view!

Location and surroundings

The house is situated on the Caribbean side of Tobago, in the village of Pleasant Prospect, between Grafton Beach and Mount Irvine Bay (5 and 10 minutes walk respectively).

In the village, you will find a supermarket and several restaurants. If you would like to spend an individual vacation away from the tourist areas but still want to be close to all amenities, if you are looking for Caribbean dream beaches, want to be surrounded by beautiful nature, get to know the country and its inhabitants, or simply relax and enjoy - then the Villa Iguana is the right place for you!

   Alles hat bestens geklappt. In der Villa haben wir nichts vermisst,
   und uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Ein dickes Lob an George den Hausverwalter, der sich super um uns gekümmert hat. Mit ihm lernten wir Land und Leute kennen. Liegestühle auf der grossen Terrasse waren nagelneu. Im Dorf ist alles da was man zum Leben braucht, auch einer der wenigen Geldautomaten. Tobago ist eine außergewöhnliche Insel und die locals sind zu recht stolz auf IHR Eiland.
   
   Wir kommen wieder !!

   Wir haben drei Wochen in der Villa Iguana gewohnt und in dieser Zeit alle Strände, Wasserfälle und Sehenswürdigkeiten der Insel besucht. Ein Allradsuzuki von Sheppy's war dafür unerlässlich. Eine Angeltour mit Smokey aus Buccoo war sehr erfolgreich ( 6 Barracudas, 1 Kingfish, 1 Mahe Mahe ). Die Vegetation und Vogelwelt der Insel ist paradiesisch.
   
   Zur Villa:
   
   Plus: 1. Freundliche und hilfsbereite Betreuung durch Verwalter George
   2. Lage, Aussicht, Versorgungsmöglichkeiten
   3. Großer Kühlschrank, warme Dusche
   4. Fernseher mit Empfang der Deutschen Welle
   5. Größe der Wohnung, pflegeleicht gekachelt
   6. Lokales Handy zur Verfügung
   
   Minus: 1. Das Tor zum Grundstück war nicht verschließbar
   2. Die Sitzmöbel in einer der beiden Wohnungen unbequem
   3. Die Liegestühle der großen Holzterrasse nicht benutzbar
   
   Wenn man nicht zu kleinlich und anspruchsvoll ist, kann man die beiden Wohnungen empfehlen. Ideal für zwei Personen. Wir würden wiederkommen!

   Ich kann mich der Bewertung von Herrn Schuster nur anschließen. Die Lage und Ausstattung der Villa lässt nichts vermissen. George - "der gute Geist" kümmert sich prima um die Gäste. Wir hatten eine traumhafte Woche und sagen bis bald T&T

   Es war ein Superurlaub! Schon bei der Ankunft wurden wir vom "guten Geist" vor Ort - George wärmstens willkommen geheißen. Er sorgte bestens für das Drumherum und war immer ansprechbar. Da wir uns einen Leihwagen genommen hatten, konnten wir auf der faszinierenden Insel unterwegs sein, obwohl wir das bei der Traumlage der Villa (Strand, einkaufen, tgl. Frischfisch..) eigentlich gar nicht gebraucht hätten. Die Villa ist einfach und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Es ist "alles" da - wir haben nichts vermisst. Sie ist sauber und bestens in Schuss. Diese Adresse können wir nur wärmstens empfehlen.
