The Aparthotel
Our Kiklamino Aparthotel offers 30 apartments subdivided into two buildings, which are separated by a nice garden with a pavilion. In this pavilion we serve breakfast for our guests.
We offer the following different sized rooms:
- Single Apartments
- Studios for 2 to 3 people
- Family studios for 4 to 5 people
All apartments and studios are equipped as follows (at least):
Kitchenette (fridge, cooking plates, crockery)

- Balkony with sea view or terrace with direct access to the garden
We can organize airport transfer for you as well as contact to local rental car enterprises if requested.

Location and surroundings
The Kiklamino is situated in a dead-end street surrounded by fields and only 5 minutes walk to the beach.
Kalamaki is an idyllic small village (about 300 inhabitants) at the south coast (Libyan Sea) of Crete far away from mass tourism.
The beach is perfectly situated for beautiful sundown views in only five minutes walking distance and offers you the possibility for long beach excursions.
Kalamaki offers a small public pool, car rental stations, mini-markets, souvenir shops and some bakeries within 200m distance from the Kiklamino.
You can get anything you need for a beach holiday. Tymbaki and Mires are small cities nearby, where you can find banking houses, various doctors and a hospital as well as weekly farmers markets. Matala, Agiofarango gorge, Festos, historic yillage Gortys and many more popular sightseeing places are nearby (25km).

Arrival
Take the Highway to Rethymon/Chania from the airport.
After approx. 8 km you take the exit to Mires/Moires.
Follow the main road for about 50km to Mires. Pass straight through Mires in the direction of Tymbaki.
12k after Mires, at the Nissan shop just before Tymbaki you turn left for 6k & then right before Kamilari.
