The Holiday House
Our 90 sqm comfortable holiday house is split onto 2 floors.
The house is for your sole use and perfect suited for families with children and dogs. It is equipped with a living room, kitchen-cum-living room, 2 bedrooms, one bedroom with bunk bed and a bathroom with toilet.
You are welcome to use the infrared cabin in the basement.
Besides, we provide a garage, car parking, a large playground with slide, sandpit and swing as well as a furnished terrace and a fountain with its own spring water.
We are looking forward to your visit!

Our holiday house is located near the Europa-Sportregion Zell am See/Kaprun, 1 km from Taxenbach and right at the Tauernradweg cycling route - surrounded by a gorgeous alpine world.
Discover the unspoiled countryside of the national park Hohe Tauern with its Three-thousanders as well as famous attractions like the Krimml Waterfalls, the Grossglockner High Alpine Road, the Kaprun reservoirs, thermal bath Kaprun, Kitzlochk gorge or the state capital Salzburg.
During winter, you have the chance to explore a different skiing area every day, such as Rauris/Hochalm, Dorfgastein, Dienten/Mühlbach, Europa-Sportregion Zell am See as well as the glacial area Kaprun.

Our holiday house is the perfect place for recreation and relaxation. In winter, you can visit a different skiing area every day for cross-country skiing, tobogganing or snowshoe hiking.
In summer, it is the perfect starting point for hikes or cycling tours. There is a rafting centre in town as well as the new spa centre in Kaprun.

Follow the A10 towards Graz/Villach. Exit to Bischofshofen in direction of St. Johann/Zell am See.
When you reach Taxenbach continue towards Rauris and turn right at the bus stop. You reach our house after about 500 m on the left side.
