The Apartment
The apartment it’s located in a building, in the third district of Vienna, very central and quiet, in the heart of the city. In this comfortable apartment you can find a waiting room, living room, bedroom, open kitchen, bathroom and toilets.
In the living room, spacious and bright, you can find a double sofa bed (for 2 people), cable television and chairs. In the bedroom, decorated in a pleasant way, there is a double bed and a huge wardrobe.
You can also find an additional wardrobe, where you can leave your luggage or your clothes.
The kitchen is open, with an area to eat, is fully furnished with all you can need for a nice stay in Vienna. There is a washing machine, pots and pans, oven, and refrigerator with freezer.

Location and surroundings
The location of the apartment it’s perfect, it offers you many different activities. In a few minutes, you can reach the town center, the well known “Prater”, with the amusement park called “Wurstelprater” with the famous panoramic big wheel: “Wiener Riesenrad”.
The nice rest zone will invite you to do long walk or even jogging. The canals of “Der Donaukanal” it very close to the apartment. You can reach the fairground of Vienna by feet or in few minutes by car. The district 1, with all the tourists’ spots, it’s easy to reach in tramway in 3 minutes.
Near the accommodation you can find all you can need for the stay, bancs, supermarkets, baker’s shops, drugstore, laundry, gas station, playpen, restaurants and bars.
