The Holiday Apartment
The holiday residence "Unter den Eichen" (underneath the oaks) is on the outskirts of the village Konzell. In the spacious garden there is a swimming pool (10x5m) as well as a children's pool.
On the large sun terrace you will find enough divan beds and garden furniture. An existing BBQ possibility and a fire basket stand for a placid get-together.
Our accomodation is appointed with sauna, steam bath, solarium, table tennis table, bicycle ergometer and a multifunction-fitnessmachine.
Parking possiblities are direct at the house.

Location and surroundings
The residence is located in the holiday village Konzell on 580m sea level, because of the outskirt of town you can enjoy the calmness an nature.
Nearby you will find a tennis court and also a children's playground. Because we are connected to the Goldsteig-hiking trail, this will invite you to hiking. We can offer weekly guided hiking tours.
The Donau-Regen bicylce route is easily reachable as well. At the river Regen you can attend boat tours.
The brewery inn Haid, which offers rich bavarian cooking is only 200m afar.
The excellent developed ski-region St.Englmar (including prepared ski runs) is about 10 driving minutes approachable.

For hiking maps can either be borrowed or a guided tour can be provided.
