The Cottage
The holiday cottage for exclusive use is situated on a 1.000 square meter big site with an own swimming-pool.
In the ground floor of the holiday rental there is a big saloon, the dining room with direct access to the garden, the kitchen, the floor and a toilet.
In the first floor of the holiday rental there is the bath room, a separated shower, a toilet and 4 broad sleeping rooms with a view into the garden and the wineyards.
On the site you will find sufficient parking areas.
The neighbour of this cottage is a qualified wineyard.

Location and surroundings
Moulis-en-Médoc is situated about 30 kilometres to the north of Bordeaux, ideal destination for shopping, leisure and culture.
To the Atlantic with its broad, miles long sandy beaches it takes about 45 kilometres; even in the peak season you will find calm places.
Not far away from Moulis-en-Médoc passes the famous D2, known as the "Route du vin" with countless castles.
The cottage is situated amidst of wineries with numerous trails; one of them passing directly the cottage.
Alternatively you go on excursion with your bicycle.
