The Holiday house
This luxury finca was completely reformed in 2005 and is located on a south orientated and elevated ground of 2.800 m², with a marvellous view to the sea and the isle of Cabrera.
The living area provides 110 m² plus 160 m² terraces and roof terrace and is divided in a living-dining area (salon) with chimney and direct access to the terrace, a totally equipped open kitchen, 2 bedrooms (1 with access to the terrace) and a bathroom (bathtub and shower) a a guest bathroom with shower.
A big sun deck next to the pool with a marvellous big pavillion (closed), a sauna house with panoramic view, a big garage etc.
The decor is of a very high standart and includes terracotta floor, gas central heating, built-in cupboards,

Location and surroundings
The finca is located near Llucmayor and the golf court Son Antem. The time tot reach Palma is about 20 minutes.
Lluchmayor is with its narrow alleys and closed appealing façades in general touristically undeveloped. Merely on fridays brings the fruit and vegetable market some life into the area around the plaza in front of the picturesque townhall.
In comparison to the markets in the tourist villages seams the Lluchmayor market well coulored but in sooth it is not a touris attraction.
Remarkable is the high amount of pubs and snack bars around the place. Affordable and good are pastries and cakes in the panadería/pastelería (confectionery).

Arrival
On the way out of the area of Palma in direction to the south east coast is Lluchmayor the first larger village. The main route marked in many maps, you should not follow, rather the faster route on the highway passing Arenal.

Die Aussicht ins Tal bei Nacht besonders schön.
Der große Pool und die Lounge sind zum Relaxen wunderschön.
Die Anfahrt dageben mit großen Autos ungeeignet.
Gute Betreuung durch Eigentümer.

by R. Hentschel from KielDie Finca ist weitaus schöner als auf den Bildern zu erfassen... Wir haben dort eine wundervolle Woche verbracht. Die Finca, ihre Umgebung und die freundlichen Vermieter bekommen von uns die volle Punktzahl -> fünf Sterne.
Grillen mit Blick ins Tal, gemütliche Abende am beleuchteten Pool, Bootstour und Gambas-Essen mit dem Vermieter... wir hatten eine tolle Zeit!!
Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder :) -
Auch im Winter eine Reise wert !

Herzberger from TaunussteinIch war mit meiner Frau und meinen beiden Freunden im Februar 2012 für 14 Tage zum Wandern auf Mallorca, auf der Finca Hexenberg angekommen fühlte ich mich schon wie im "Urlaub bei Freunden " wir wurden herzlich begrüßt und bekamen ausführliche Information ... Dank Zentralheizung und offenem Kamin mussten wir auch nicht frieren ..
Es war einfach alles Perfekt ... im nächsten Jahre kommen wir mit Sicherheit wieder
