The Holiday Apartment

You will enter a lovingly furnished holiday flat with approx. 46 sqm in the centre of Berlin. The large balcony provides a nice view to the lovingly designed inner courtyard that is perfect for relaxing.

The sofa bed in the living room is convertible into a double bed with mattress.

The bedroom provides a large double bed with high quality mattresses. Our holiday apartment therefore sleeps 4 persons in total. The large bathroom has 2 entrances, one from the bedroom and one from the living room.

Special features

Our vacation apartment is finished and opened as from now. It is distinguished for the high quality furniture, a stylish design, a good location and charme. For sure, you will feel comfortable!

Location and surroundings

There are numerous shopping facilities within the near vicinity. Some of them are the shopping centre Mühlenberg, DM chemists, several supermarkets (also organic), 2 bakeries and a pharmacy.

All these facilities can be reached within 1 to 2 minutes on foot. The large shopping centre ALEXA and the Friedrichstraße are also close-by.

Our tip for you: The Havelland bakery at the next corner serves a delicious breakfast from € 2.99 to €3.50 including a drink and various cheese and sliced sausage, egg, muesli etc.

The Anton-Saefkow park or the Volkspark Friedrichshain with its famous Märchenbrunnen are ideal for recreation.

The locality Prenzlauer Berg provides an international atmosphere and directly borders Mitte.

   Grad eben - mitten in der Eiseskälte - waren wir drei (Vater Mutter Kind, 7 Jahre) fünf Tage in Berlin und haben diese Wohnung genutzt, um uns von der und für diese tolle Stadt zu erholen. Das Apartment hat gehalten, was hier auf dieser Page versprochen war: Gut ausgestattet, völlig ruhig, sehr gut gelegen. Guter Platz das! Und darüber hinaus eine überaus freundliche und zuvorkommende Vermieterin.

   Mein Freund und ich waren für vier Tage in Berlin und von der Ferienwohnung restlos begeistert! Nach langen Tagen in der hektischen Großstadt haben wir uns gefreut, wieder zurück ins "traute Heim" zu kommen und dort zu entspannen. Auch nachts hörte man nichts! Mitten in der Großstadt - aber kein einziges Geräusch zu hören. Auch die Lage war super. Nach einem ausgiebigen Frühstück in der Havelland-Bäckerei (nur wenige Schritte von der Wohnung entfernt) ging es mit der angrenzenden Tram Richtung City und den Sehenswürdigkeiten.
   Die liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen und wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

   Wir haben 4 Nächte hier in dieser gemütlichen Wohnung in der Vorweihnachtszeit verbracht. Die Wohnung war hübsch weihnachtlich dekoriert. Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt! Die Bilder können ihr Versprechen mehr als halten.
   Wir sind nett empfangen worden und konnten unsere Tage durch das umfangreiche Informationsmaterial in der Wohnung noch erweitern und planen. Die Wohnung war sehr sehr sauber und die dicken Daunen-Bettdecken ultra gemütlich. Leider haben wir an einem Tag unseren Frühstückstisch verpasst, da es so ruhig, dass wir viiel zu spät aufgewacht sind. Wirklich fantastisch, mitten in der Stadt zu sein und so ruhig zu wohnen.
   
   Auf ein Wiedersehen im nächsten Jahr in Ihrer Fewo in Dresden!

   Hallo aus Hannover,
   
   wir hatten die Wohnung vom 07. - 11.12.2011 gemietet. Anreise, Übergabe und zum Glück auch eine Parkmöglichkeit direkt vor der Wohnung; alles hat super geklappt. Zur Wohnung ist nicht viel zu sagen: Alles wie im guten Internetauftritt beschrieben. Keine der im Gästebuch abgegebenen
   Bewertungen ist übertrieben. Hier nur zwei kleine Anmerkungen: Der Ventilator im Duschbad ist ein wenig nervig. Eine Lichtquelle (ohne automatisches Einschalten des Ventilators) würde Abhilfe schaffen.
   
   Bleibt nur noch anzumerken, dass die Wohnung wirklich zu empfehlen ist und wir sie bei unserem nächsten Berlinaufenthalt auf den obersten Platz der von uns bevorzugten Unterbringungsmöglichkeiten gesetzt haben.
