The house has been completely modernized inside. At the ground level you’ll find the large living room with fire place and an LCD TV and 6-person couch.
The dining has tables and chairs for 7 persons and adjoining you’ll find the fully furnished kitchen with fridge/freezer, combination microwave and dishwasher.
Also downstairs is the toilet and a modern bathroom with bath and shower, sink and washing machine.
The first floor has three bedrooms.
The attic has three compartments.
The first is a desk corner with toilet and sink. In the second and third compartment you’ll find 2 single beds.
Special features
The house is fully equipped for 7 persons, you don’t have to bring along much, just bring linen (sheets, pillowcases and towels). A small pet is welcome in "Forgerie".

Location and surroundings
Lamorménil is a small Ardennes village.
It is a very quiet village with about 40houses and on a 10 km distance from the village of La Roche in the heart of the Ardennes.
The river the Ourthe runs through La Roche, with possibilities for swimming, fishing, rafting and kayaking. Located in a very hilly, wooded area with beautiful views.
The house is located in Lamorménil and is an original Ardennes house
with 60 cm thick natural stone walls on over 30 acres of private land.
It is located at the end of Lamorménil, next to a sandy path that never sees any traffic, apart from the farmer every now and then.
If you follow the sandy path for 300 meters, you’ll reach a small camping that allows you to use the pool, playground and tennis track
