Through the entrance and the hall you’ll reach the large, sociable and light living/dining which are in the sun throughout the day.
The large windows and two doors to the terrace provide you with a great
view of the meadows and forest.
Around the fireplace, there are spacious couches to which you can add chairs.
There is a Plasma TV. In the dining/cooking area you’ll find plenty of tables and chairs for 17 persons.

and two more bathrooms
At the first floor you’ll find a toilet and three bedrooms, one with a bathroom.

Location and surroundings
Dochamps is a quiet Ardennes village with about 80 houses, 10 km away from the tourist
village of La Roche in the heart of the Ardennes.
This is where the river the Ourthe runs and where one can go swimming and kayaking.
It is located in a very hilly, wooded area with beautiful views.
At the outer perimeter of Dochamps you’ll find La Villa.
A house with a great garden, quietly located near the edge of the forest.
Built in the seventies, and converted into a wonderful holiday accommodation by us.
On the terrace you’ll find garden furniture and a barbecue.
The garden allows you to enjoy the sun all day. There is a table soccer game.
There is virtually no traffic.
