The Holiday House
Our 6 guest-rooms are equipped everything with own shower and partial balcony; ideally for small groups for 12-14 persons; the day room exists of several living-room furniture and tiled stove to take it easy.
Completely furnished kitchen with cooker with 4 electric records, baking pipe, dishwasher, smoke deduction, water cooker, fridge with freezer compartment, coffeemaker and Sat TV.

Directly in front of the house the are many parking spaces. A dryer for ski boots contains of course also to the equipment of our house.Location and surroundings
To the cable railway Kappl we are approx. 5 km away approx. 3 km and to the cable railway Ischgl. Running time in the centre of Kappl bez. Ischgl amounts only 5-7 minutes.
However, they can also use free of charge the ski coach which carries you comfortably to the cable railway and return. Entrance place of the ski bus stop approx. 1 walking minutes away from the house.
We are available for other questions or wishes with pleasure and any time40 kilometers prepaired slopes are there in Kappl for our skiers, snow-boarders, carvers and half-pipe drivers.
The area "Silvretta-Ischgl " offers more than 215 kilometers slopes with connection to the duty-free territory Samnaun.
The 6 kilometers long tobbogan run invites you especially on Tuesday (with the ski- and lasershow) and Thursday mit a proper evening in the "Bockalm" or "Sunny Mountain" to slege on the lightned way.

Arrival
If you come from the Arlberg or Fernpaß turn off at "PAZNAUNTAL" (SEE-KAPPL-ISCHGL-GALTÜR).
Drive through the village SEE. Pass the crossing Kappl and drive always straight on until you reach the part of the village called "NEDERLE". Our house ist the last one on the right side opposite the "Tischlerei Rudigier" with the number 27.
