The Holiday Apartment
The holiday home is in an old farmhouse and was new built in 2010. Children are welcome. If wanted I could look after them for some ours as well.
Pets are no problem but they must get along with our dog!
It's a perfect place for bicycle tours and long walks in the countryside. We live in a nature national park with a sorts of wild animals to watch. The European bicycle tour Euro Velo 6 is passing just in front of our house.

Location and surroundings
The town Mohacs is situated directly at the beautiful river Danube. It has a modern swimming hall with sauna and thermal pool. In a few kilometer you can reach several openair pool adventure parks with hot water pools and water attractions for all ages.
The city Pecs offers a lot of interesting culture to visit!
If you need even more urban activities you could do a daytrip to Budapest - the capital. The new motorway M6 leads you quick and stressless there!
Trips to Kroatia and Serbia are possible as well (green car asurance card and passport needed).
We live in a very quiet national park area, that invites to for long walks or bicycle tours. For hunters we could arrange hunting days in Budcsak area nearby.

Location

Arrival
from Budapest take the new motorway M6 to Pecs (be careful, most navigationsystems and maps don't show yet that the motorway goes until Mohacs). Get off the motorway at "Mohacs". In Mohacs follow the sign "Kompkikötö"(ferry)/Ujmohacs. After crossing the river go straight ca. 4 km then turn right direction "Homorud". After 200 m you find us on the left in the orange house!
