The Holiday Apartment

Our two-storey flats contain custom-made solid wood furniture, carefully-selected furnishings and all the equipment you need for a relaxing holiday. We provide a travel cot, a Tripp Trapp chair and lovely toys for our younger guests. Books of fairy tales, books and educational toys await! In summer, our outdoor furniture invites you to spend time relaxing on the terrace or in the garden. There is plenty of room for children to play and run around, and barbecues can be had at any time of the year. We can provide services ranging from route maps to fresh rolls for breakfast, as well as bike, ski and sled hire and ticket purchases.

Special features

We can arrange collection from the airport, or from the railway stations in Dresden, Altenberg or Holzhau. If you’re travelling by bus, we can arrange to collect you from the bus stop and drop you off there when you leave.
Physiotherapy treatments include: Massage, packs, reflexology, lymph drainage and other services available upon request.

Sports: Extensive network of hiking trails and cycle paths with international-standard stretches, pool complex in Altenberg, bobsleigh run, cross-country and downhill ski runs with varying degrees of difficulty, biathlon training centre in Zinnwald, natural toboggan run,
Nature: Botanic Gardens in Schellerhau, Georgenfelder Hochmoor (Georgenfeld high moor} Flaje Dam, Teplice spa gardens
Museums/Churches: the Huthaus mining museum and Schaubergwerk mine in Zinnwald, the castles of Lauenstein, Wesenstein and Kuckucksstein, the Frauenstein fortress, the Schellerhau village church, George Bähr’s church in Schmiedeberg (Georg Bähr also built the Frauenkirche in Dresden), Silbermann organs in Reinhardtsgrimma and Nassau, for example, Osek monastery.
Dresden and Freiberg are 1 hour away; Saxon Switzerland, Meissen, Moritzburg and Prague less than 2 hours.

   Wir waren ein Wochenende zum Kurzurlaub bei Frau Rasehorn und haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Die Zeit war viel zu kurz und unser nächster - dann auf jeden Fall längerer Urlaub - ist bereits geplant. Unsere Ferienwohnung war urgemütlich und mit jeglichem Komfort ausgestattet. Wir wünschen Frau Rasehorn noch zahlreiche Gäste.

   Die Ferienanlage von Frau Rasehorn war für uns Entspannung pur. Liebevoll betreut und auf ansprechendem Niveau haben wir herrliche Tage verbringen dürfen. Es fehlte uns an "Nichts", Gemütlichkeit und eine wärmende Atmosphäre gab uns die Erholung und Schönheit der weihnachtlichen Stunden, die wir benötigten. Diese Ferienwohnungen und ihr gesamtes Ambiente können wir jederzeit nur weiter empfehlen.

   Die Ferienanlage von Frau Rasehorn ist wunderschön. Wir buchten mit Frühstück. Es war sehr reichlich, abwechslungsreich und liebevoll zubereitet. Die Ferienwohnungen sind sehr geschmackvoll und liebevoll eingerichtet. Es fehlt an nichts. Wir waren bereits das 3x dieses Jahr hier. Es ist zu allen Jahreszeiten seh schön. Die Umgebung ist wunderschön, ob zum wandern oder mit dem Pkw in die Nähere Umgebung zu fahren. Ein Katzensprung bis nach Moldava oder zur Flaje-Talsperre. Hier gefällt es uns immer sehr gut.
   Frau Rasehorn hat immer Zeit für ihre Gäste. Mit unserem 12 jährigen Enkelkind hat sie wunderschöne Fröbelsterne gebastelt. Wir bedanken uns nochmals recht herzlich bei Frau Rasehorn und wir werden Ostern 2012 wiederkommen.

   Wir waren schon in vielen Ferienwohnungen. Selten waren sie so toll ausgestattet wie diese.
   Wir fühlten uns wie zu Hause, auch dank der liebevollen Rundumbetreuung durch Frau Rasehorn. Einmalig ist der nahegelegene Hundetrainingsplatz.
   Ein heißer Tipp nicht für Hausgäste ist das Cafe mit selbstgebackenem Kuchen, Pralinen und außergewöhnlichen
   Suppen (an Wochenenden und Feiertagen geöffnet).
   Für Zwei- und Vierbeiner absolut empfehlenswert.

   Wir waren das erste mal bei Frau Rasehorn und werden immer wieder kommen!
   
   Eine Seele von Mensch, sehr bedacht auf ihre Gäste!
   Die Ferienwohnungen sind einfach der Hammer, es fehlt wirklich an nichts!
   Die Umgebung wunderbar und ein Steinwurf nach Tschechien!
   Wir haben uns sehr geborgen gefühlt!
   Man kann einfach nur sagen, alles perfekt!
   
   Wir freuen uns schon jetzt auf den nächsten Urlaub bei Frau Rasehorn! Danke für alles!
