view of the double houses	The vacation rental Sandboll House two semi-detached Doublehouses in the small village Friedrichskoog-Spitze. Between the doublehouses are garages with bikes (byo or have an old, costfree one from us) and an house keepingroom with washing machine and tumbler. The distance to the beach ist just about 200-300 m. Per semi-detached house: room for up to 4 persons. Small children: babybed, high chair and bathing tub. Entre, stair case, living room with integrated kitchen an shower/WC in the ground floor. 2 bed rooms and 2nd WC upstairs. SAT-Color-TV, radio, terrace with garden furniture. In the green: barbeque area and sand pit for children.

The North Sea climate exists in competing harmony to the quitness, wideness and smoothness of the low land. Situated on an half island Friedrichskoog gets warm summers and mild winters. The always flowing wind is a permanent compagnion on trips into the nature. A special is the permanent flow between low and high tide. Without obstruction your eye will have a breathtaking view from the dike to the far away horizon, on fields, into the sea and the never ending wideness. Special attraction: Seal Station
