The Holiday House

Our vacation apartment is for private rentals only. It is situated in a small building complex, which is built in a typical Spanish style.
The rooms are divided into a comfortable and large living room with an open fireplace, eating area, and an open kitchen. 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms allow even smaller groups to feel comfortable.

Next to the house there is a broom closet and another small building where you can leave bikes and surfboards. The big roof terrace isn´t visible from the outside.

The living room of the vacation apartment is comfortably furnished, the fireplace offers a cosy-romantic atmosphere. The kitchen is furnished in a Spanish style and includes all the important kitchen devices.
There are two terraces and one balcony around the house, as well as a big roof terrace.
The bedrooms are furnished very conveniently in a Spanish style as well.

In case of problems or questions, there is a German-spoken manager at your disposal.
Towels and linen are included.

Location and surroundings

Approx. 65 km south of the airport Alicante in Spain and 15 min north of the Airport Murcia are three well-known golf courses: Golf Orihuela, Golf Campoamor, Golf Villa Martin. Framed by this golf paradise, which is open all year round, lies Pueblo Principe.

This area, with the almost always blue sky,is known to be one of the most beautiful parts of the Mediterranean Sea in the south of Spain. The ocean is nearby and with its excellent water quality it meets all your wishes. During the coldest month of the year it is still 18 degrees warm.

Close to the vacation apartment there are doctors, vets, a supermarket, banks and restaurants available. You can visit a very well-kept public swimming pool and use a close-by tennis court.

For some variety and tourism excitement you can visit Torrevieja. There you find shops, restaurant, cafés, boutiques, promenades, theatres, night-clubs, a "water park" and lot of socialising on the different market places around.
