The Holiday House
The vacation house is situated on a private street, free-standing and comprises a large, bright holiday flat and a separated smaller flat underneath with its own entrance.
The main flat includes a conventionally equipped kitchen, a bathroom, two beautiful bedrooms from which you can see the lake, and a large living room with a fireplace and a roofed balcony.
The terrace seats set around an old stone table are directly connected to the kitchen. The beautifully decorated smaller flat can be rented separately, or in addition to the main flat.The smaller flat consist of two large and bright rooms with a smaller separated kitchenette and a bathroom with a washing machine. In front of the flat is a garden terrace with a gorgeous lake view.

Location and surroundings
The house is located in an idyllic spot on the hillside inside a beautiful garden full of camellia, roses, hydrangea and oleander and within five minutes, walking distance of the village of Caviano and a small beach on the lake.
From the house, you can enjoy the great view over the lake towards Locarno, Ascona and the surrounding mountains to Italy. The ancient villages Sant´Abbondio, Caviano and Scaiano belong to the most beautiful villages on the lake.
Caviano has a small shop, where you can buy groceries and basic things, and a good restaurant. By car,you can reach Italy for a shopping tour in no time.
The environment of the house is very quiet, just the railway line which connects the north and south can occasionally make a little noise
