Location and surroundings
The artist village 'Zebegény is situated 50 km north from Budapest along the so called 'Danube Bend'. The town was first documented in 1288 At that time, the Benedictine monastery was master of the territory.
In the summer, during the 'Week of Culture Danube Bend' there are all kinds of music concerts, boat shows, fireworks, markets and folkloric events.
