The Holiday House
Entering the house you will see a large 60 sqm dinning and living room were we integrated an American style kitchen. The kitchen and the dinning room are well equipped to serve 10 guest including all type of glasses for wine, cognac and cocktails.
The living room is equipped with a state of the art HD TV and Stereosystem. You will enjoy the fire place with your guest and the family. The living room has been furnished with a large lounge sofa group for 12.

Location and surroundings
The house is very close to the 9 km long and wide North sand beach. You will reach the beach with in 8 minutes by feet. The large natural reserve West Beach can be reached by bike within 15 minutes.
At the North beach you will find a kite and surf center. The next golf course a 9 whole challenging links course can be reached by car in Ribnitz Dammgarten (Gut Neuhof).
At the local harbours Prerow/Zingst (Prerow = 5 minutes by feet) you can explore the region and Hiddensee island by a boat tour.
