House	The vacation rental On the first floor, the newly constructed apartment (completed in 2000) is finely and tastefully furnished with typical Sardinia linens and characteristic pieces of furniture and terrace to the front with views to the sea. It is a 15 minute walk to the beaches, and also a15 minutes walk to Porto Cervo. Porto Cervo has a great selection of restaurants (from simple pizzeria to excellent restaurants), supermarkets, shops, street markets, banks, a petrol station and a post office. It is ideally positioned to make the most of this beautiful environment. If relaxing means a beach, then enjoy some of the best.
Terrace	The surrounding area Liscia di Vacca Liscia di Vacca is located in the north-east Sardinia, close to Porto Cervo and 30 km from Olbia airport and 25 km from port Golfo Aranci. The Costa Smeralda is on the north - east coast of the isle of Sardinia, which is one of the main Italian islands, right in the middle of the Mediterranean Sea , just a one or two hour flight from main European Cities. Costa Smeralda is a modern equipped tourist centre, good for boat excursions toward the most beautiful and wild islands of Sardinia and offers wonderful panoramic views both on the sea and the boundless forests. This rugged and beautiful region offers infinite opportunities to explore hidden coves and beaches, medieval towns, ancient Nuraghic ruins and to experience a culture not found anywhere else.

One double bedroom, one bathroom with shower. The large ( 30 metres ) a fully furnished terrace which becomes the main living area in the summer months and a very pleasant spot to enjoy breakfast or a shady lunch, a pleasant evening , with beautiful sea views.
Grocery shops and restaurant are all available in Liscia di Vacca a stroll away from the house.
