our farm	The vacation rental The farm is personally managed by the owner, Mr. Noce, and the ideal place to spend a holiday in the nature. A park of 60 hectares encircles you with trees of high stalk, in total tranquillity and relaxation, olny two steps away from the sea. Situated on one hill in dominant position, between olive groves and vineyards, for the cultivation and the production of wine D.O.C. cured directly by the owner. We welcome you in apartments from 2 to 7 persons or in comfortable villas with private gardens until 10 persons. If you want to spend your summer vacations with family and children you will enjoy the immense park with swimming pool and the football field. The guests can use the swimming pool (16 x 8 mt, opened approximately from half May to half October), the solarium with lying-chairs, the barbecue corner, and the ancient firewood furnace. For lovers of fishing: the Cecina River is approximately 500 mt from the property. New: tropical umbrellas and lying-chairs at the pool area. Wi-Fi connection for free, 3 hours a day.
5 minutes far from the beach of the Etruscan Coast	The surrounding area The perfect location that allows you to easily reach the most important cities of art of the Tuscany. Pisa, Volterra and S. Gimignano in approximately 30 minuts, while Florence, Lucca and Siena, can be reached in less than 1 hour. The famous "White Beaches" are only 10 minuteren away. Those who love traditions can visit the small village of Montescudaio with various restaurants with typical kitchen and shops (5 Km).
