Situated very quiet near the forest, ca. 6 km to Neustift centre, ca. 12 km to the Stubai glacier. Bread delivery Mon to Sat.

Surrounded by the wonderful nature and landscape of the Stubai Alps, 1160 mt above sealevel.
Situated on the edge of a forest.
Starting point for numerous hiking and mountain tours (e.g. the Mischbachalm, the Klamperbergalm, the Habicht-peak). A free shuttle bus to the Stubai glacier leaves twice in the morning in front of our house, returns in the afternoon. The regular busstop 5 minutes to walk, lake 5 minutes by car, horseback riding 1 km, walking trail nearby.
Mischbach-waterfall within 1 km reachable, as well as several inns and diners.
