	The vacation rental The comfortable panorama apartment for up to 4 persons is situated in the urbanisation Juan de Capistrano in Nerja. All guest love the sea like pool (only for owners and their vacationists), the tropical gardens and the impressive 180 degree look.
	The surrounding area The Urbanisation is built in the terraced neon Moorish (Andalusian) style and has a wonderful atmosphere. In the generous pool landscape there are a separate child pool and a mini-market (open April till October). The Appartment lies quietly at the end of a dead end and offers one of the most beautiful sea looks. A bus regularly drives (with beach showers and toilets) to Nerja center and to the beach.
	Activities Nerja is year-roundly open and the infrastructure is available. The next supermarket can be reached with the car within 5 minutes in winter from April to Okt. to foot behind the pool landscape. The beach and Nerja center being approx. 1-2 km remotely. There are sports possibilities almost unlimitedly. Tennis, ride, Paragliding (10 km remote), all water sports etc.. We would recommend a hire car, is but not due to the bus connection necessarily. Bike rental, biking, fishing, golf, gym, hang-gliding, hiking, horse-back riding, jogging, mountain hiking, mountaineering, open-air pool, paragliding, rock climbing, scuba diving, swimming, tennis, water sports, windsurfing

Rental only week by week, journey on Sundays, domestic animal on enquiry. There are different heatings for the nights of the dead season. The apartment isn't absolutely suitable for children less than 6 years. German transmitters receiving destitute of satellite TV with everyone over SAT. The apartment is comfortable and established in the Spanish style.

With the airplane you reach the airport Malaga (60 km) or also Almeria of all usual German jointing ports. Rent a car are very favorable. With the car of your own you always drive along the Mediterranean south way at the coast.
