The Holiday apartment
The holiday house Kokanovic is a new house with big garden and private parking place. This holiday apartment for 4 people is situated on the first floor and it is brand new and very comfortable. It has a lot of light and big garden. It consist of a double bedroom, bedroom with two single beds, kitchen with dinning room with living room, bathroom with tub with washing mashine, terrace and big garden.
The kitchen is fully equiped with fridge, 2 electric and 2 gas rings hub and oven. In the living room there is a SAT TV. The apartment has bed linen and towels and air condition. It has a nice terrace with garden view.
There is a covered private parking place in front of the house.

The area Madonna del Monte is situated 600-1500m to the historical centre of Porec. The location is very pleasant, it is rich with green parks, nice wooded walking areas that connect the area with the centre. A nice small pine forest is perfect for morning walks and recreation and in a few minutes walking You can find supermarket, bakery, laundry ...
During the hot summer days this area is ideal for family vacation and in spring and autumn it can be the perfect place for relaxing vacations for elderly generations. People can enjoy bike rides, long walks, peacefull evenings and pleasant days.
