The Holiday Apartment

The 70-sqm-apartment on the 1st floor (until 6 beds) is very tastfully furnished with new and modern furniture in the tipical mediterranean stile and it offers all the possible comfort: there are double glass doors leading into an open plan living room.

A modern kitchen, fully equipped, occupies one wall and a low partion divides a very comfortable living area with sleaping couche for two person, SAT-TV and a dining table for six. A hallaway leading into the bedroom also opens to a large bathroom with enclosed shower, located between the living area and bedroom.

The bedroom is spaceous with a double bed (and two additional beds on request), small couch for reading and double doors that open to the terrace with a wonderful panoramic view.

Special features

If requested, the owners are very pleased to inform their guests about events andleisure activities on the island.

They will give detailed information about termal and wellness treatments, excursions, sightseeing, shopping and car rental agencies.

Location and surroundings

This delightful apartment exist in an antique store building, more than 750 years old. A part of this building has been completely renovated and equipped with all modern facilities. The property is located off of a quiet rural road, 800 m from the small center of Buonopane (bus station and
shopping). It is surrounded by small family vineyards (own vine cultivation!).

There is another panoramic terrace on the same level of the appartment overlooking the neighboring vineyards and lush vegetation, furnished with patio furniture for outdoor dining and lounging with a unique panorama on the Gulf of Naples, Vesuvio, Capri, Sorrent ecc.
The beaches and termal gardens
as well as all the touristic locations can be reached in less than 30 min.

You can reach Ischia arriving to the
airport of Naples. From the port of Naples transfer with the ferry or
hoovercraft to Ischia Porto. Here the
owner will meet you personally.

   Wir waren diesen Winter ganz mutig im November in den Buttavento Apartments. Die Sonne schien im November 2011 quasi jeden Tag. Morgens war es frisch und am Tag konnte man am Marontistrand im Badeanzug liegen.
   
   - Die Apartments sind seit wir sie kennen immer gepflegt. Betten und Sitzmöbel sind sehr bequem. Die obere Wohnung hat die beste Aussicht. Es gibt aber auch eine traumhafte Panorama-Terrasse oben, die von der unteren Wohnung zu benutzen ist.
   - Das Preisleistungsverhältnis ist für einen längeren Aufenthalt in den Wintermonaten sehr attraktiv.
   - Der Service lässt keine Wünsche übrig.
   - Buttavento ist am Ortsrand sehr ruhig in den Weinbergen gelegen. Die Aussicht ist atemberaubend. Man sieht das Castello Aragonese, den Golf von Neapel, die Hügel von Ischia, Sorrent und Capri.
