The B&B
Our house is situated on top of a hill overlooking farmland, beautiful Taratara Rock and Whangaroa Harbour.
Peace and quiet, private decks, great views and even better service.
We are proud of our clean, spacious rooms, each with their own ensuite bathroom.
The ART ROOM has a comfortable queen bed, en suite bathroom, TV with Freeview, mini fridge, coffee & tea facilities and its own entrance.
The MUSIC ROOM has two comfortable single beds, en suite bathroom, mini fridge, TV with Freeview, coffee & tea facilities and its own entrance.

Our house and rooms are non smoking. Smoking outside is allowed if other guests are okay with it...
We do have cats, but not in the house and guestrooms.

Location and surroundings
We are proud to live in Tai Tokerau, the Far North of New Zealand, where Taupo Bay, Coopers Beach and Taipa are only a few of the beautiful beaches that you will almost have to yourself. All of these are within a half hour drive max of our place.
You can launch your boat from a choice of boat ramps in the area such as Totara North, Hihi beach and Mangonui. We have lots of safe boat parking available, if you bring in the fish, we will provide the French fries !
Whangaroa golf course is around the corner, one of the many courses on our doorstep.
For your lunch or dinner you can go to Mangonui - 17 km - with a choice of 5 restaurants and a pub. Totara North and Kaeo also have pubs and restaurants.

Arrival
We are in a rural area with no big cities around. Auckland is about a 5 hour drive, so NO shopping sprees...
Kerikeri and Kaitaia are 45 minutes by car and there you will find a good range of shops !

by A. Wetter from 79353 BahlingenWir haben uns auf Pekapeka sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Zimmer sind sehr geschmackvoll und mit viel Liebe eingerichtet und Blick aus dem Fenster grandios. Annet ist eine sehr nette und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Das Frühstück auf der Terrasse in der Morgensonne war ein Genuss, und der Kaffee wunderbar. Vielen Dank, wir kommen wieder!
