The Cottage
Tyn Llech is a beautfully restored 18th Century stone cottage set on a private country estate, with views of the sea from it's private secluded garden.
This luxurious cottage has been tastefully designed and furnished with limed oak floors, deep comfortable sofas, wood burning stove set in an inglenook fireplace, wall mounted LCD TV with Freeview Sky, Wireless Broadband, DVD Player, CD Player with Radio and iPod connection.
The superb kitchen and dining area has seating for six.
There are three bedrooms - Master Bedroom with twins that zip together to make a King. Ensuite walk in shower/wet area with underfloor heating.
Upstairs there are two further bedrooms and a shared bathroom with loo and hand-held shower over the bath.
Special features
Clough Williams-Ellis' wonderful Italianaite village of Portmeirion is close by. This part of Snowdonia is a haven for bird watchers, railway enthusiasts, walkers and climbers. The beaches are sandy and safe.

There is Wi-Fi Internet in the house. Beds are made up for arrival and towels are provided (including beach towels during the summer).A welcome pack of local organic produce (including wine) is provided and there is a mid-week clean.
We provide a bag of charcoal for the BBQ and a basket of logs for the wood burning stove.
Location and surroundings
Tyn Llech is situated on a 2000 acre private country estate with outstanding views across the Llyn Peninsular. The enchanting surrounding woodlands are a joy to explore.
The landscaped gardens are enclosed by traditionally built walls, making this a safe and private place from which to enjoy the best that Wales has to offer. There is a large paved area with garden furniture and BBQ from which to enjoy al fresco dining. We even offer private trout fishing!
The stunning beach at Black Rock is only a short drive away, as is the pretty seaside town of Criccieth and the harbour at Porthmadog.
The mountains of Snowdonia are on the doorstep.

Arrival
Take the A55 to Conwy and Bangor. Take A487 to Porthmadog. In Porthmadog at the roundabout take A497 to Criccieth.
After approximately 5kms to you will come to village of Pentrefelin. There is a Telephone Box on the right hand side. Turn up the lane for 300 mtrs and the white cottage is on right
