At the foot of Kitzsteinhorn in the National Park Hohe Tauern Kaprun is one of the most important leisure areas in Austria - and especially one family freundlichsten Europe.
Kaprun is one of the top addresses on the international recovery goals. 138 Km of pistes and a unique offering activities off the slopes make interesting region. Kitzsteinhorn and Schmittenhöhe are ideal terrain for departures in abundant snow.
Skiers and snowboarders in the first white of season start here in October. Even in summer, some total 41 km of pistes are fully accessible. In the Valley, on public holidays is set in the summer and winter.
