	The vacation rental FIRST-TIME RENTAL: A 160 m2, completely renovated stone house in an elevated position with a wonderful view of the countryside. The house is part of a large stone-built homestead and has a living kitchen with an extremely modern kitchenette including a 5-flame gas stove, dishwasher, oven and a large yellow refrigerator with freezer compartment. A huge walkthrough fireplace leads to the living room with over 40 m2 living space, 2 open fireplaces, and an enclosed fireplace which also heats all the radiators in the house. Also on the same storey, there is a separate toilet with a washbasin, as well as a shower room with a toilet and washbasin. On the upper storey, the same amount of space is divided up into a large bathroom with a bathtub, toilet and washbasin, and a corridor leading to 3 bedrooms (14/16/20 m2), one of which has additional bunks and a wood-burning stove. Another has an open fireplace and a balcony overlooking the courtyard.
	The surrounding area The entire "Cascine Crema" estate sits in a lovely, quiet position with a view of the mountains and is surrounded by fields, meadows and forests. Cortemilia (shops and market) is around 6 km away, while Bergolo, the smallest community in the province of Cuneo and built entirely of stone, is around 2 km away (even closer on foot, as a hiking trail leads directly through the estate to Bergolo).
	Activities There is a large pool (14 x 20 m) with a separate baby pool on the premises, as well as a pool house, game room, Wendy house, children’s play area, table football, and mountain bikes. A hiking trail goes directly through the estate. Tennis courts and horse-riding facilities are 2km away. Alba, Acqui Terme, Barolo, Barbaresco and the sea are approximately 30 to 50 minutes away.
