The B&B
Cobden Garden Homestay is a boutique B&B in a colonial villa, twelve minutes walk from the city. Located in a quiet no exit street. Extensive views.
Rayma and Phillip invite you to our Bluff Hill villa with spacious, en suited bedrooms. Relax and enjoy yourself in one of three double rooms, each with its own ensuite. King or twin single beds are available for your comfort.
Generously appointed with television, DVD, radio and CD players. Relax in a guest lounge, on the veranda or in the extensive garden. Enjoy complimentary pre-dinner local wine and hors-d’oeuvres and a generous breakfast.

Hawke's Bay is renown for its wineries and food markets as well as being close to beaches,rivers and mountains which offer a variety of activities. However what makes it truly unique is the Art Deco architecture of Napier City and Spanish Mission buildings in Hastings as well as the large Gannet Colony accessed by overland tours or via the beach.

Arrival
Most people self drive to our B&B but Napier has an airport a 10 minute drive from our B&B with regular flights to all major New Zealand Airports. The flights from Auckland and Wellington are less than an hours duration.
Napier is serviced by public transport buses linking popular tourist destinations. We offer a complimentary pick up and drop off service from the plane and bus.
We are located a few minutes drive and less than 15 minutes walk from Central Napier and there is a reliable inexpensive taxi service from the city.
When you book with us we will send instructions and a map to show how to find us.
If you choose to use a navigational device be aware that some use maps that do not recognise the extension of Cobden Road as a walkway.
