The Holiday House
Tresquare is a 4* Visit Britain graded non smoking spacious detached house in its own private grounds, with stunning views, situated in a superb position on the North Cornwall coast 100 metres from the picturesque village of Boscastle. You can usually see deer and other wild life from indoors.Sleeping up to 8 guests comfortably, it has a large garden, with plenty of space for the children to play, and a sunny patio with garden furniture—ideal for relaxing!
Downstairs is a large lounge, sun lounge, fitted kitchen and dining area, utility room with washing machine and drier, and a large double bedroom with ensuite shower room. Upstairs there is a double bedroom, and a large family room, with 1 double and 2 twin beds,and a family bathroom.

Tresquare is only an hour's drive from the M5 at Exeter, ideal for walking, surfing , swimming, and seeing where DOC MARTIN is filmed at picturesque village of Port Isaac. See Tintagel and its castle ruins. Sorry No large single sex parties allowed

Location and surroundings
Often used as a television or film location, Boscastle provides some of the most dramatic rugged coastline in Europe. The historic harbour, spectacular coast path and scenic Valency valley are all here on the exhilarating North Cornwall Atlantic coast. Swim or surf in the nearby sandy beaches, try water sports, or go rock climbing Take a boat trip around Puffin Island. In the village itself you can browse the antique and gift shops, the Craft Centre, the Witch's Museum, or eat out in one of the restaurants or Inns. This is an ideal base from which to explore the whole of Cornwall, Dartmoor, and North Devon. Attractions include: The Eden Project; Lanhydrock House; St Ives with the Tate Gallery (Tate St Ives) and numerous Cornish gardens.

Arrival
Tresquare post code is PL35 0HH. The owner will personally greet you on arrival as long as you arrive before 7pm, and show you around the property. To pick up the key go to the owners house, post code PL35 OBU. It is about one hour by road from Exeter, or Plymouth ferry.Tresquare is 3mt from here.
Directions to Tremorle--PL35 0BU-- Navigator takes you to Cargurra farm cottages 400 mt away.
Go down the unclassified road to ST Juliot Church, and after about 200 mt you reach Cargurra farm entrance (which is in a very narrow track on the left, and across some fields) do NOT go in there, but continue down the unclassified lane towards St Juliot church,fork left, and Tremorle farm is 25 mt on the left with a sign Tremorle on the wall.

Gemütliches Haus mit schöner Aussicht

by P. Jehle from DeutschlandEinmalig schöne Lage. Ungestörte ruhige Lage. Dennoch ist man gleich im Dorf Boscastle. Das Haus bietet genügend Platz für 2 Familien mit 2 Bädern. Man fühlt sich gleich wie daheim!
