Left exit from the station, down into the underground passage, out into Piazza dell'Unità Italiana, take the Via Sant'Antonino, straight on until the Piazza del Mercato Centrale
Arrival by car
From the motorway the first exit "Centro Città / Stazione Santa Maria Novella". Follow the signs until Via Nazionale, after continuing along for about 100 m, turn left into Via Guelfa. After about 70 m turn right into Via Panicale, take the first on the left (Via Taddea) and the right into Via Rosina. After another 30 m before you turn left and into the Piazza del Mercato Centrale
Arrival by plane
Shuttle bus from Florence Airport to Piazza della Stazione, from there follow directions as for those arriving by train. Or take a Taxi to Piazza del Mercato Centrale on the corner with Borgo la Noce
