The Holiday House
This little stylish detached country house stands on a hill with view over the opposite valley and the town Bad Duerkheim until the Rhine Plain. Several steps lead to the peaceful cul-de-sac road with its excellent parking space at the entrance of the gardens. The many years privately accommodated house is ideally situated in a natural garden. The living area covers 57.40 sqm und comfortably accommodates 2-3 people. Fresh bread rolls can be purchased at the bakery in the morning, only 5 minutes away.
The house comprises the following rooms:
- entrance 2.80 sqm with wardrobe, mirror and marble floor
- bathroom 3.60 sqm with bath tub / shower, toilet, washbasin, hair dryer, marble floor and tiles
- kitchen 8.10 sqm with electric ceramic stove top, oven, refrigerator, dish washer, microwave, coffee machine, water cooker, toaster and cork parquet floor
- bedroom 13.80 sqm with double bed, 7 zones cold foam mattress, large wardrobe, bookshelf, small hi-fi unit with remote control, comfortable chair and cork parquet floor
- living / dining area 29 sqm with high quality wooden furniture and classic leather fittings, TV with DVD and VHS player, radio and wooden floor with rug
- three large wooden terraces in the 500 sqm large garden with comfortable garden furniture
The garden invites for sunbathing but the old trees provide some cooling shadow too. One of the terraces is excellent for breakfast in the morning sun and enjoying the sunset in the evening. A bbq is waiting for you.

We refurbish our house regularly: 08/04 floor in the kitchen and bedroom, 08/06 wooden floor in the living / dining area, new windows and front door, 11/07 new bedroom furniture, 02/08 bath and corridor renovation, 02/09 new leather fittings.

Bad Duerkheim is a spa town in Suedpfalz - in Rhineland-Palatinate - with many interesting sights and leisure options. There are lots of castles and historic buildings to visit. Enthusiastic hikers will find new directions every time again. The local gastronomy is very divers. Here you will come across many festivities, such as the wine fairs during the wine season.
Culture cities Neustadt, Worms, Speyer and Heidelberg can be easily reached by car and are very suitable for day trips.

Urlaub mit Hunden

by W. Scheidacher from 85598 BaldhamViel zu schnell hat uns der Alltag wieder mit seinen Klauen
gepackt. Und doch spüren wir noch immer wie gut wir uns
erholt haben. Für uns von besonderer Bedeutung war die
Tatsache unsere beiden Hunde mitbringen zu können. Leider, obwohl so nah am Pfälzer Wald gelegen, mußten wir unsere Hunde zu Gassirunden erst ins Auto packen. Aber dann gabs Möglichkeiten noch und nöcher. Alles in allem haben wir uns in Haus und Garten sehr wohl gefühlt und werden mit Sicherheit wieder kommen.

wir möchten uns nochmal herzlich bedanken für eine gelungene Urlaubswoche.
Bad Dürkheim liegt sehr zentral für Aktivitäten jeglicher Art und das Ferienhaus hat uns sofort das Gefühl von Urlaub vermittelt. Im Haus war alles vorhanden und die 3 Terrassen waren einfach toll. Wir hätten gerne verlängert.....
Für uns waren die Matratzen etwas zu weich, aber wir kommen wieder :-)

by A. Metzer from DürenAls stressgeplagte Menschen fanden wir im Haus Annabelle ein rundum stimmiges Ambiente. Sehr liebevoll und hochwertig eingerichtet. Es fehlt nichts! Wir fanden Zeit zum Träumen und Abschalten in herrlicher Lage und Ruhe. Als Ausgangspunkt zu diversen Wanderungen gut gelegen. Aber wer will dieses kleine Juwel denn überhaupt verlassen.

Villa im Park inmitten der Pfalz

obwohl wir selber aus einer idyllischen Landschaft mit benachbarter Weinregion kommen, haben wir bei "Annabelle" ein Stück zweite Heimat gefunden. Die Lage als einzelstehendes, komfortabel eingerichtetes Haus, Ruhe ohne Einsamkeit, die drei Freisitze, die Sonne-/Regenmarkise, das parkähnliche Wiesengrundstück mit Grüngürtel, der Blick in die Landschaft, die zu Fuß erreichbare Innenstadt mit ihrer Gastronomie, der nahe Bäcker und der unweite Einstieg ins Wanderwegenetz haben es uns angetan. Dazu die freundliche, verbindliche und stets erreichbare Gastgeberfamilie, die einem das Gefühl vermittelte, willkommener Gast zu sein und dank ihres Broschüren-Angebots mit jeder Tourist-Info gleichziehen kann. Für uns heißt das nach zwei Wochen, im nächsten Jahr wiederzukommen: Erlebnis- und Erholungswert zu einem akzeptablen Preis lassen fast keine Wünsche offen. Leider ist das jetzt kein Geheimtipp mehr ...

auch wir drei Mädels haben uns in dem Ferienhaus sehr wohl gefühlt und ein schönes Wochenende in der Pfalz verbracht. Sogar bei Unwetter kann man sich hier richtig wohl fühlen und morgens hat die Sonne ja wieder gestrahlt und wir konnten an beiden Tagen das Frühstück auf einer der schönen Terassen zu uns nehmen-mit frischen Brötchen vom nahen Bäcker (auch Sonntags!).
