The nicely furnished with one bedroom, a small kitchen and a bright bathroom offers room for two persons. The flat is located on the 1st floor, overlooking a quiet and green inner courtyard. The rent includes bedding, towels and final cleaning.

Washing machine and drier can be used centrally in the building.

Location and surroundings

This very central part of Hamburg offers beautiful town houses, Art Nouveau mansions, and lots of greenery. Within walking distance you will find cafés, beer gardens, restaurants, shopping facilities and places of interest. Or you can cover the way to the centre city by taking a boat up the river Alster – the jetty is just 500 metres away from the flat.

The green areas city park and the banks of the Alster are ideal for walking and running, and many leisure activities like mini golf, swimming or the theatre are in the near vicinity.

The transport links are ideal: Within a few minutes you can reach Hamburg harbour, the city centre, the central station, the trendy districts like St. Pauli and St. Georg and the airport.

   Wir haben ein paar Tage in Hamburg verbracht, die
   Wohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen und auch der
   Stadtteil Winterhude. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und
   auch der Kontakt vorher hat sehr gut und schnell geklappt.
   Wir haben für Dezember schon wieder gebucht.

   Wunderschöne, liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung mit allen Extras, die man sich nur wünschen kann. Selbst Kaffeepads und Marmelade waren vorhanden. Ruhige und zentrale Lage, super gute Anbindung an zwei U-Bahn-Linien, schönes Umfeld mit vielen Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Sehr nette Vermieterin, die viele Tipps bereit hält. Auch der Kontakt vorher per Mail wurde immer sehr schnell und nett beantwortet. Alles in allem sehr zu empfehlen, macht den Aufenthalt in Hamburg zu einem besonderen Erlebnis.

   Wir haben über das Wochenende eine kurze Städtereise nach Hamburg unternommen und wir waren beide total begeistert von Hamburg. Aber nicht nur die Stadt hat uns beeindruckt, auch die super schöne gemütliche und sehr sehr saubere Wohnung hat uns wirklich sehr gut gefallen. Frau Kappner, die Vermieterin, war sehr hilfbereit, stand uns bei Fragen immer zur Seite und alles war sehr gut organisiert! In der Wohnung hat man alles was man braucht - Toaster, Senseo-Kaffeemaschine, Tee, Kaffeepads, Butter, Marmelade, Föhn..... und noch viel mehr...Wir können diese Wohnung auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen und würden immer wieder die Wohnung buchen!! DANKE!!

   Wir waren ganz begeistert von dieser schönen kleinen Wohnung, von der guten Erreichbarkeit und dem mir sehr vertrauten Stadtteil Winterhude - der W. Markt mit seinen zahlreichen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten liegt gleich "um die Ecke", die Anbindung durch Bus und U-Bahn und die Nähe zur Alster machen dieses Appartement optimal auch für längere Aufenthalte. Die Gastgeberin wohnt in unmittelbarer Nähe und steht mit Rat und Tat zur Seite, falls man Hilfe braucht. Danke, Roswitha!

   Die kleine, aber sehr ordentliche Ferienwohnung ist super zentral gelegen. In unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es 2 U-Bahn-Stationen, die man in max. 5 - Weg-Minuten erreichen kann. Von dort aus fährt man ca. 15 Minuten ohne Umsteigen, um zur Hauptgeschäftsstraße und dem Hauptbahnhof von HH zu gelangen. Die Unterkunft hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Auf Grund der Lage zum Innenhof, ist es ruhig und man bekommt von der nahegelegenen Hauptstraße keine Geräusche mit. Vielen Dank auf diesem Weg an Frau Kappner und ihre freundliche Begrüßung. Wir würden diese Wohnung auf jedenfall weiterempfehlen.
