The Holiday House
The attractive summer cottage lies in the middle of the Green and is surrounded of a garden.
The building was renovated faithful to detail and with nice old pieces was furnished elegant.
In the ground floor is the input space with open chimney, the bathroom (shower/WC), the dining room with big table, sofa and sat-TV. From here you reach the terrace with barbecue und the kitchen with kitchen unit.
In the upper floor both bedrooms lie in the roof slant.
In the first room stand 2 single beds, in the second, bigger room a double bed and a big cupbord. Everyroom has an air-conditioning.

The summer cottage lies outside from Castagneto Carducci in the direction of Bolgheri.
The beach is approx. 8 km away in Marina di Castagneto. A levet sandy beach applies along shady pine woods, the water quality was distinguished with "bandiera blu".
The house is also a starting point for numerous excursions e.g. Pisa, Lucca, Volterra, San Gimignano...
