The Holiday House
The house is furnished with 2 king-sized beds (1 of which is overlong with 2,20m) and 2 extra daybeds. Thus up to 6 guests can reside there.
Included are 1 kitchen at the ground floor, livingroom with large balcony, sauna, shower and washing facilities, toilet, solarium, alpha relaxation couch and also a massage bathtub.
The upper level includes the 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with bathtub, infrared sauna, steam-bath sauna and shower, 1 small kitchen, coffeedispenser, microwave, cooker and dishwasher, seating-accomodations and 1 livingroom.
The house formerly was used as a daily spa and thus offers this extraordinary relaxation and recovering zone.
The house is declared as a non-smoking area.
Special features
A variety of interesting places can be reached by bus or by car.
Culture, traditions, natural wonders and also the Hermann statue can be found here. Which became well known even beyond the Teutoburger Wald with the year of Varus.

Location and surroundings
Schwalenberg is a town of painters and traditional costumes. Old traditions are cultivated intensely.
Every two years local costume groups from all over the world meet here. They present their extraordinary costumes with music and lived tradition. Right next to our house you will find the Kunsthaus (house of arts) where visitors can paint and learn woodcraft. The Köppkehaus, also very close, consistently entertains people with art exhibitions.
One weekend in june there is the Töpfermarkt with a large assortment of pottery and musical entertainment.
This place is ideal for nature lovers. Just out of the house there are many routes for hiking. Very close the Hermannsweg leads along. The broad forest around is also ideal for cycling.
