Every holiday apartment orders more than 3 double rooms with balcony, 2 bathrooms (1 x bath, 1 x shower), anteroom with cloakroom, separate WC and kitchen-living room with SAT/TV, sofa and big dining area.
The kitchen is completely equipped with coffee-maker, water cooker, oven, dishes, glasses, pots, etc.!
Ski cellar with ski shoe dryer and enough parking bay available. Bread roll service if requested. Table tennis.

Location and surroundings
At only 2 walking minutes you reach the valley station of the Zillertal arena. There is a new experience playground with tram Pole and the summer toboggan run Arena-Coaster.
Furthermore a ski school office, ski rental company, restaurant pizzeria and Apres ski bars. At 10 driving minutes you reach the skiing areas Mayrhofen-Penken and Kaltenbach-Hochzillertal.
Cross-country skiing cross-country trail begins behind our house. Nice footpaths along the Gerlosbaches or the Ziller or also by the wood.

Super Ferienwohnung!

by A. Terpelle from RoermondWir haben das Ferienhaus last-minute gebucht und das war einfach super! Wir waren mit 2 Personen und die Wohnung war groß und sehr sauber und gemütlich. In wirklich 2 Gehminuten steht man beim Talstation, super!!
