The Holiday Apartments
The "first class" apartments are located in the Patong Grand Condotel in the 9th to 12th floor (2 elevators available), with splendid views to the sea.
Spacious living areas of 40 sqm (plus 6 sqm balcony) for 1 to 2 persons provide exclusive comfort.
Minimum stay 3 weeks -
high season 4 weeks.
A private swimming pool is available for free.
In the hotel there are two laundries and some smaller restaurants, which are also offering international cuisine (high season: every Friday "all you can eat"-barbecue).
All apartments are equipped very affectionately.

The first settlers on the island were people of the ethnic group of Mon, who immigrated from Burma. After the takeover by King of Ayutthaya, Ekathotsarot allowed here first trade by Europeans, the Portuguese first established settlements.
Its architectural influence is still being felt today. Attracted by the rich metal (Tin) reservoirs Chinese came to Phuket in the 19th Century. In 1933 the town was declared to a provincial capital. Many people are Malays.
