The Holiday Apartment
Magnificent holiday apartment in Bremen, in a zone with little traffic (closed residential area). The beautiful, 75m² large, newly equipped apartment was entirely renovated in August 2009. It has 2 bedrooms, a large and very comfortable living room with dining area, kitchen, bathroom with shower and separate WC. All along the width of the living room is a balcony(south orientated) with awning and view over the well-kept garden area ). It offers great privacy, the balcony is hardly visible from outside. One of the bedrooms is equipped with a double bed and a 'Caribbean view' (see pictures!). Both bedrooms are spacious and have wardrobes and blinds. The brandnew kitchen (August 2010) with breakfast area is fully equipped. Come in and enjoy!!
Special features
To guarantee our guest a pleasant atmosphere, we ask smokers to enjoy their cigarette on the large balcony, ashtrays and garden chairs available. We thank you for your understanding.

Of course the dining table at just a few meters further can be used for all meals.

Location and surroundings
This magnificent apartment is located in a quiet residential area with little traffic in Bremen, where an undisturbed silence at night awaits you. The A1 highway is 5–10 minutes away, Bremen international airport as well as centre of town is a 10 minute drive away. In only 2 walking minutes you can access the tramway or bus with direct connections to Bremen city centre (15 minutes). In the apartment's cellar you will find bikes that you can use for outings, for example to Werdersee lake (10 minutes) or to Weser riverside (15 minutes). Shopping, market (2 minutes, twice a week), restaurants, 2 bakers' (400m) and sports facilities in the close surroundings. Lovely green areas stretch out towards the south and are visible from the balcony.
