The Apartments

We offer you 2 studio apartments (2+1) for rent. Both apartments are fully equipped and tastefully decorated. Apartments consist of one sleeping room, kitchen and living room combined together and bathroom. Both apartments have their own balcony with sea view and one apartment also has its own small terrace. All guests can also freely the garden grill and third terrace. Apartments are air conditioned, additional equipment includes SAT TV, computer and internet access (wireless) free of charge.

Location and surroundings

Apartments Helena are located in the beautiful small township Mlini, a small oasis only 8 km from Dubrovnik. Our house is located in a very quiet and peaceful area, surrounded with Mediterranean vegetation. Our warm hospitality, together with the splendid sea view from our apartments and surroundings of many Mediterranean plants and trees, will enable you to spend a memorable vacation and truly relax.

Mlini, with a regular bus and boat service enables you to visit Dubrovnik as often as you chose, at the same time enjoying the peace and harmony of this small township.

We offer our dear guests 3 apartments for rent. Third apartment is for 4 Persons. Datas you can find under number 40946.

Secure parking is available inside courtyard.

   Wir waren im September bereits zum zweiten mal im Haus Helena zu Gast. Und wieder haben wir bei Helena und Pavo Handabaka zwei wunderschöne Urlaubswochen verbracht.
   
   Wir fühlen uns hier wie zu Hause und kommen ganz sicher wieder...!

   Eine ausgesprochen friedliche und familiäre Unterkunft.
   Wohin der Blick auch schweift, die Aussicht ist einfach nur schön. Man hat Meerblick und zur anderen Seite die Aussicht auf die Berge. Der Garten ist einfach ein Paradies!!!
   
   Das Ehepaar Handabaka ist sehr herzlich. Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl und werden ganz bestimmt wiederkommen.
   
   Nicht zu vergessen den hübschen kleinen Ort Mlini. Der nette kleine Strand ist über einige Stufen schnell erreicht.
   
   Danke liebe Helena und Pavo für eure Gastfreundschaft.

   Wenn man bereits zum 8. mal ein Apartment bei Familie Handabaka bucht, dann spricht dies eigentlich für sich. Freundlichkeit, Herzlichkeit und eine nicht aufdringliche Gastfreundschaft sorgen dafür, dass man sich wohl fühlt. Ob im Frühsommer, Sommer oder Herbst jede Jahreszeit hat ihren Reiz in den sauberen und gemütlichen Apartments inmitten eines wunderbaren Gartens, wo es sich zu jeder Tageszeit, wie auch beim abendlichen Grillen mit Blick auf die Adria prima aushalten lässt. Alles in allem ein klasse Ort um sowohl als Paar, wie auch als Familie (auch mit großen Kindern) Urlaub zu machen.

   Ich kann mich der Fam. Riel und Rechberghausen nur anschließen. Fam. Handabaka ist eine sehr gastfreundlich Familie. Wir hatten am Inselhüpfen/Radreisen von Klaus Schenk auf der Adria teilgenommen und vor sowie nach der Schifffart in der Ferienwohnung in Mlini gewohnt. Bei Helena ist nichts unmöglich. Die Verbindungen nach Dubrovnik und Cavtat sind sehr gut.Cavtat ist wunderschön, aber wohnen möchte ich dort nicht, da über diesem Ort die Einflugschneiße für den Flughafen ist.
   Es war alles schön!

   Wenn herzliche Gastfreundschft groß geschrieben wird, dann im HAUS HELENA, wo wir eine sehr, sehr schöne Urlaubswoche verbracht haben.
