Location and surroundings
Kressbronn is a nice small place between the fair site Friedrichshafen (7 km) and the historic island town of Lindau (7 km) directly on the ground lake. The area is dominated by orchards, hills and meadows.
The Alps near invites trips and hikes. Brengenz (Austria), is only 30 minutes away by car (Festival, the lakeside stage, Pfänderbahn). The Saentis (hiking, mountain railway, Lake Panorama, (Switzerland) can be reached in about 1h.
Otherwise, it is worth the varied soil lakeside on the wheel or in a rented boat to explore. Maritime ground to Lindau, Bregenz, Constance, Wasserburg, flowers island, etc.
