Surrounded by a large olive grove (1ha) this holiday home is situated in the heart of the beautiful Itria valley close to the enchanting towns of Ostuni, Cisternino and Celgie Messapica. Lovingly restored and furnished Villa Spadalunga offers an ideal and comfortable accommodation for a relaxing holiday in the countryside. Whether on the spacious patio, under the olive tree or on the lawn behind the house - many shady and sunny places are here. And on hot summer days, the swimming pool (completed in December / January, open from May to October), offers a refreshing bath. On the large terrace in front of the house you can enjoy outdoors at a dinner with the specialties of Puglia. Centrally located, you can do from here day trips, to Lecce, Otranto, Gallipoli. Or visit the Zoosafari of Fasano, the Caves of Castellana and the famous Trulli village Alberobello. The charming seaside with its sandy and rocky beaches are easily reached by car.

Eine wunderschöne Woche!

by P. Peuten from 41334 NettetalWir (2 Paare) haben eine wunderschöne Woche in dem sehr gepflegten Anwesen verbracht. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die jeweils sofortige und sehr, sehr freundliche Erfüllung unserer Sonderwünsche durch den Eigentümer, Giovanni. Als sehr angenehm haben wir den Swimmingpool empfunden. Das Haus liegt relativ abgeschieden in einem Olivenhain, der nächste Ort mit Supermarkt ist ca. 3 km (Fahrräder vorhanden!) entfernt, Ostuni mit wunderschöner Altstadt und guten Restaurants ist in ca. 15 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen - nur der Weg zum Strand (20 km entfernt) ist manchmal ein bisschen lästig - aber das weiß man ja vorher ;-) Wir würden das Haus sofort wieder buchen, wenn wir das nächste Mal ein paar Tage in Ruhe ausspannen möchten und können es nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen.
