The Apartments
In the beautiful countryside 25 km above Amsterdam right at the IJsselmeerlake we have two luxury apartments for rent. This is a great place to stay for everyone who likes to be in the countryside and at the same time near Amsterdam. When you come home from a city trip you can relax in this quiet, breathtaking environment with all the luxury you wish for.
Ideal for a vacation and to explore the Netherlands.
There is a little beach, over the dike where you can sunbath or swim in the lake in the summer. You can take a basket over the dike and have breakfast or a picknick there. We offer a lot of extra’s, all included in the rental, such as a laundry room, a sauna, an outdoor spa and free fast (also wireless) internet access and bikes.

Further activities
This is a very beautiful place for a honeymoon, a wedding anniversary, for writing, for reading a good book (books available too in different languages!), but if you like to be more active: there are lots of opportunities to explore the countryside by foot, bicycle or by car. You can go to the Noth Sea, the bulbfields etc. It is a great place for bird watching and if you like horses you can watch the neighbour training his horses at sunset.

Arrival
From Amsterdam it is 25 km by car. There is a bus to Edam. The apartments are 5 km from the busstation in Edam. There is no public transportation, but we offer two bikes for the guests.

by Anke Simon from 54636Wir waren in den Osterferien 08 im kleinen Appartment des Vermieters und es war wirklich schön. Das Spa auf der Terrasse ist mega. Morgens wird man nur vom Blöken der Schafe geweckt und man kann unzählige Wasservögel beobachten. Die Sauna ist etwas klein und mit 3 Personen ist das kleine Appartment auch etwas klein aber schon sehr gemütlich. Es hat etwas von Puppenhaus. Wenn man sowas mag, auch so kleine süße Dingelchen ist das toll. Die Matratze ist ziemlich weich was für Rückengeschädigte vielleicht nicht optimal ist. Bei Ankunft stellen die Besitzer frische Blumen ins Appartment. Sehr schön und gemütlich und sehr schön für Ausflüge in die Umgebung, zB ins etwa 5min entfernte Edam
