The Holiday Apartment
The "Magnolia" apartment is suitable for 4-6 people and was completely refurbished in 2007.
It is 93 m2 and is on the ground floor of a large historic house which is over 200 years old. The 4 star apartment is furnished tastefully and has 2 double bedrooms, bathroom, and a large living room with a bed settee. A cot and a high chair are also available for our younger guests. The large kitchen is fully equipped and contains a breakfast area. One of the bedrooms leads directly into the garden.

Location and surroundings
The valley flows to the south and it is only 3 km to the town centre of Osterode. In Lerbach there are also shops and restaurants. The "Witches Path" runs parallel to the valley and at the end of the village there is a ski lift.
Whether you seek the peace and quiet of mother nature or want to be quickly in the town, Lerbach is an excellent resort for your holiday.
Clausthal-Zellerfeld is only 12 km away which has a Technical University, the birthplace of Robert Koch as well as the largest wooden church in Germany.
The Oker valley with the Oker dam and lake, Bad Harzburg and Goslar can also be easily reached by car.
