Poggi is only 3 km from the coast and sea. Inland from the sea there are plenty of historical villages and sites to visit. Imperia is a prime location for your stay on the 'Flowers Riviera', strategically located between the Italian and the French Riviera.
Casa Tina is in Poggi (Imperia) There is a beach for all tastes within only a short drive. The closest being Porto Maurizio 3 kms where there is a public or private beach with plenty of bars and restaurants and play area for children free parking and a large supermarket close by.

By car from Milan:Tade the motorway A7 in the direction of Genova, and follow the signs towards Ventimiglia. Take the exit marked Imperia Ovest.
From Torino, take the A6 to Savona. Follow the signs towards Ventimiglia, and come off the motorway at Imperia Ovest.
From Nice. Take the A10 to Genova and come off the motorway at Imperia Ovest. After leaving the motorway turn left and follow the signs towards San Lorenzo al Mare after 500 metre on your right you find the turning for Poggi at the church village follow the signs to Civezza after 500 metre strada Civezza is on your left up the hill the villa is on your left at number 39

Super geeignet für Wanderer aber nicht für reinen Badeurlaub

by R. Guericke/George from Berlin"Tina" ist eine sehr nette Vermieterin und war stets um unser 'Wohlbefinden bemüht. Die Wohnung ist zweckmässig und sauber eingerichtet und durchaus ausreichend für 3 erwachsene Personen. Zusätzlich wäre im Schlafzimmer noch Platz für ein Reisebettchen. Mit der Unterkunft waren wir rundum zufrieden. Was uns nicht so besonders gefallen hat war die ständige Autofahrerei...Berg hinauf...Berg wieder hinunter...Für die 4 km zum Strand/Meer benötigt man 15 min. mit dem Auto über eine sehr schmale Berstrasse.... naja und so wie die Italiener Auto fahren hat es mich einige Nerven gekostet....Laufen zum Strand???? Okay für den der gerne wandert aber als Familie und dann zwecks Bade/Strandurlaub eher nicht geeignet. Landschaftlich ist es traumhaft schön und der Meerblick kaum zu überbieten.
