Petit gite (sleeps 4)
The petit gite is created as a “maison d’amis”. You will be staying in a deluxe apartment on the first and second floor with a lounge with open kitchen.
Via a new stair you enter the bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed (160 x 200 cm) and has an en-suite bathroom and the second bedroom has 2 single beds (90 x 200 cm) and a bathroom across the landing. We provide everything needed for baby’s and toddlers.

Location and surroundings
From the gite you will have a magnificent view over the English landscaped garden with a fountain, hundred year old trees, peonies and the lovely church of Percey.
In the lounge/dining room you will see the swimming pool, fields, our meadow with maze, "our" cows of the neighbor, forests and the Burgundy Canal. The region is characteristic for its chateaus, abbey's and picturesque villages and it's Chablis vineyards.
